Today a demonstration on how to detect and launch a wordlist attack against a MySQL server on port 3306. Its really straight forward as mentioned in the earlier statement. It will first detect by attempting its default “root” “blank” credentials through the target ip range looking for mysql login utilities on port 3306. But by providing an wordlist, we can perform a login attack.
